I was washing my hair this morning

You know, the usual routine

Shampoo

Shampoo again

Deep condition

Wait

Sing a song

Wait some more

Sing another song while you lather yourself

Rinse body

Rinse the hair

It was during the rinsing of hair that I felt something

I felt like the water was washing away everything I have been feeling for the last few days

And I continued to allow it wash it all away

Drop by drop by drop

Down the drain...
